7 Week Weight Update
The scale as officially started moving again - thank goodness! It's moving slower than it was during those first two weeks, but I'm starting my workout plan this weekend. Things have been a little nuts for this week - but I'm absolutely going to start using my new work out videos that I got for Christmas. I got a pilates system, and both of the Biggest Loser workout videos... so I'm all set for being able to add variety to my workouts from time to time. Now if I can only get into a routine and get some energy back - we'll be doing great!!
